Mom, Dad… I’m going to be a referee
Sporty, determined, ready for a challenge. These are faces of women who decided to pursue a passion and live the sport not as players but as professional technicians. Beside the profession, they have in common passion for sport, determination to pursue dreams and the will to pass on the interest intechnical profession in the field of sport, to other women. It’s still very low the number of women who undertake this career, although initiatives to raise awareness of these profession have increased. But certainly their experience will serve as an example to many others in the future.
